5 Ways to Eat Well and Feel Better!
Improve your mental AND physical health.
1. Drink more water! It’s that simple. Increasing your water intake and decreasing other liquids (such as soda and sugary fruit juices) flushes out the toxins in your body and nourishes your skin.
2. Eat fresh. Cutting out processed foods and eating more fresh foods not only is better for you but fills you up with tons of vitamins and antioxidants!
3. Eat more meals. Instead of eating three big meals a day, try mixing it up and eating 6 smaller meals full of nuts, cheese, veggies and fruit. You will feel more energized throughout your day.
4. Eat more carbs during the day and have a salad or veggies for dinner paired with a protein (fish, chicken or beef). Having most of your breads & grains during the day and a low-carb meal at night supports weight loss & keeps you satisfied.
5. Go Greek! Pile your plate with grains, vegetables, fruit and fish, and limit red meat. This antioxidant-filled diet can reduce stress.
